The Modrinth API only allows 300req/min

The Modpackker editor needs to call the API 2 times for each project. 1 time to fetch the project metadata and the other for the project releases.

This limit caps the max projects per modpack to 150 otherwise the editor wouldn’t be able to load with the right information.
